Nappies, hygiene goods maker Naturalena Brands mulls options

Naturalena was quick to add a bunch of PPE products to its suite earlier this year, including hand sanitiser and face masks, to capitalise on demand caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is not known what Naturalena Brands owners and its advisers will decide to do with the business, however its tyrekicking around other brands has put it on the radar of a bunch of private equity funds.

Naturalena Brands was co-founded and is majority owned by Queenslander Adrian Forsyth, according to documents filed with the corporate regulator. There are about 20 other investors listed.
