Dow's 50-point fall led by losses in Inc., Microsoft stocks

Shares of Inc. and Microsoft are trading lower Wednesday afternoon, sending the Dow Jones Industrial Average into negative territory. Shares of Inc. CRM, -7.55% and Microsoft MSFT, -2.97% are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline, as the Dow DJIA, -0.55% was most recently trading 56 points lower (-0.1%). Inc.’s shares have declined $17.53 (7.1%) while those of Microsoft are down $8.89 (2.7%), combining for a roughly 174-point drag on the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the decline include Nike NKE, -2.22%, Apple Inc. AAPL, -1.81%, and Cisco CSCO, -1.08%. A $1 move in any of the benchmark’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
