Dow's 136-point jump highlighted by gains in shares of Boeing, Walt Disney

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up Tuesday morning with shares of Boeing and Walt Disney seeing positive momentum for the price-weighted average. Shares of Boeing BA, +1.84% and Walt Disney DIS, +1.45% are contributing to the index’s intraday rally, as the Dow DJIA, +0.44% is trading 136 points, or 0.4%, higher. Boeing’s shares are up $3.92, or 1.9%, while those of Walt Disney are up $2.56, or 1.7%, combining for a roughly 43-point boost for the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the gain are Walgreens Boots WBA, +1.24%, JPMorgan Chase JPM, +0.53%, and UnitedHealth UNH, +0.86%. A $1 move in any of the benchmark’s 30 components results in a 6.59-point swing.
