Bob Johnson, RLJ Companies and BET founder, is proposing a $30 billion tax incentive to provide preferential tax treatment to investors who invest in Black and minority owned businesses. He sent letters and the proposed act to key members of Congress as well as the White House. Johnson joined “Squawk Box” on Tuesday to discuss.
